Saltwater Medical receives AGPAL practice accreditation!

Dr Nicola and I are so proud to announce that just 8 months after opening, Saltwater Medical has received the nationally recognised award of AGAPL practice accreditation.

To become accredited, we chose to make a significant investment and commitment to providing a high-quality service across all levels of the practice team. We did this because we want to ensure that in every moment of every day we are delivering on our vision of providing exceptional care without compromise to our valued patients.

We worked relentlessly all year to implement the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards for general practices, (the recognised national standard), which sets the bar for quality care and risk management in a GP setting. This totally independent, third-party assessment of our processes and policies gives us the peace of mind of knowing we have the best possible systems in place to ensure we deliver on our promise to deliver high quality healthcare.

Ultimately, we want our patients, our people and our community to know that their wellbeing is our absolute top priority. And by choosing to attend our accredited practice, our patients can rest assured they will get the quality and safe care that they deserve.

Saltwater Medical will be closed for the Christmas break from:

Wednesday, 24 December 2025 at 12:00pm

and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
