Dr Nicola and the team are thrilled to welcome Dr Mark Renaud to the team at Saltwater Medical. Mark is a passionate GP dedicated to supporting his patients on the Sunshine Coast. After completing his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2007, he spent several years working in both hospitals and general practice in Brisbane. Mark went on to complete his specialist GP training through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and was admitted as a Fellow of the College in 2016. Mark has fostered a special interest in children’s and men’s health and also has a sub-specialty in sexual health – including being qualified as an S100 prescriber.
Mark is well known for his caring, non-judgmental and thorough approach to patient care and he believes the best health outcomes are gained through collaboration with engaged patients. He enjoys being outdoors, going for a run, and geeking-out doing some programming.
